While we are well-equipped to meet most general imaging needs, certain specialized studies—including dental X-rays, mammograms, and advanced imaging such as CT or MRI scans—are not performed on-site and may require referral to a specialized facility.

Here’s what you can expect during your visit:

● Check-In & Initial Evaluation: After you arrive and check in at Urgent Care & Wellness Center, you may wait briefly to see one of our healthcare providers. Wait times can range from a few minutes to over an hour during peak times.

● Provider Assessment: Once you’re seen, our provider will evaluate your condition and determine if an X-ray is necessary.

● X-ray Procedure: If an X-ray is needed, you’ll be guided to our on-site imaging area. The X-ray itself is a quick process, usually taking about 10 to 15 minutes.

● Reviewing Results: After the X-ray, our provider will review your images and discuss the results with you. Depending on the clinic’s workflow and how busy we are, this may add some additional time.

On average, most patients complete their entire visit—including X-rays—in about 30 minutes to two hours. During particularly busy times or if your case is more complex, it may take a bit longer.

Whether your X-ray is covered by insurance at our walk-in clinic depends on several factors: your individual insurance plan, the medical reason for the X-ray, and whether our center is in your insurance network.
