Quick and easy even on a busy day! Went in for an employment physical and they covered all the bases and then some. Setting up the appointments online are a breeze and the auto updates/reminders are as frequent as you want. Reception was excellent with a clean building and relaxed atmosphere even though it was pretty busy, and the young man behind the counter articulated to the APRN exactly what it was I was needing, and filled in the blanks from my last visit for me, super helpful! Jason gave an awesome and thorough exam, and gives reasons as to why a procedure is done this way or that. Very honest staff overall, and would recommend the Little and Ridge location to anyone looking for a new local Urgent Care facility, Thanks guys!

We walked in around 8:20am and were out before 9am. The check in process was quick and easy. The nurse who checked my son's vitals and did his strep swab was wonderful. Jay, the APRN, there was very nice and to the point. This was our first time here and if needed, will definitely use their services again.

Excellent staff. First time using this urgent care. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and Professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and zero wait time. Jay was the nurse practitioner who completed my stitches. He was thorough in explaining everything that he was doing during the procedure and was also very thorough in giving me after Care instructions. I will be going back to get my stitches out in about seven days. 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you!

Stepped on a roofing nail and it went all the way into my foot. After pulling it out it was all covered in rust I was pretty sure I needed a tetanus shot. So off to Urgent Care of New Port Richey went, they were very attentive and caring.
And yes I did get a tetanus shot!

Made an appointment for my child online on the way to the urgent care. Filled out the paperwork online before walking in. When we got there I was sent into a room in which my son was seen by a nurse and shortly after the doctor came in. The place is very clean and everyone is absolutely nice. My appointment was at 12:20pm and left with my son around 12:50. If you have children I definitely suggest this urgent care.

The staff were all very personable, professional and helpful. I was checked in and seen immediately. They listened to my concerns and even though my diagnosis was common, I have other issues that affected my treatment. They were knowledgeable and helped as well as my specialist would have. I'd highly recommend them.

My daughter wasn’t feeling good. We walked in signed a paper went to the first room, female slayer Doctor walked in saw her. She told him what she felt. He wrote two prescriptions for her allergies and we went home. Staff was great. The doctor was great thank you to the staff and the doctors. I would highly recommend them

Wonderful clean facility with great staff. State-of-the-art x-ray machine and all of the employees there were efficient, friendly, respectful, and professional. Would recommend anyone going there to be treated. Mark was the receptionist and Jay was the nurse practitioner who treated me. The female nurse which I did not get her name, was fantastic and spent a lot of care working with taking a x-ray of my foot because of my paralyzed condition. Many accolades on the care and the facility and we'll go back again if need be and I will recommend it.

The entire experience was great. Easy paper work, friendly staff, the nurse practitioner was amazing. He educated me to my illness and medications prescribed. Very informative. Total time there was 20 minutes which I appreciated.

Walked in and was seen within 30 mins. All of the staff I saw were very pleasant. It was a very clean place, it actually looked new but is 5 yrs old.
The PA was very thorough and I didn’t feel he was rushing me.
I would DEFINITELY refer this place and would go back again.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get in and out of this urgent care within 30 minutes. My nurse Shayla was excellent and the care I received From, Jason Oberne, ARNP was superb! 10 out of 10. Recommend this urgent care.

When for pain on my kidney found out that it was something else.They were super nice and very accommodating. There's really no wait time you are in and out , and then they call you back with prescription information. if you're stuff has to go out for labs they call you when they come in and give you all of the information and results.

I cannot say enough great thing about the care I’ve received from the staff here. They are all very courteous and very friendly. No wait time and got seen faster than expected. They were very thorough and got a quick diagnosis. This is my 2nd time here and both times have been a positive experience. Great job staff.

Everyone was so nice and kind here. Great experience even though I sprained my ankle. I got xrays and my results extremely fast. While waiting, the Dr brought me my donut from my bag because she knew I was hurt & hungry. She asked if there was anything I needed or she could do to make me feel comfortable and better. If was really touching. It's the little things in your lowest times that mean the most. Compassion. This place will show you compassion and respect. If you need urgent care, this is a good spot you stop. Reasonably priced for someone without insurance.

It is difficult to find competent and caring people in the medical field these days. Over three months of extremely high blood pressure, my primary and cardiologist did not help me. My last hope before having a heart attack or stroke was to seek help from the Urgent Care of New Port Richey on Little Road and Ridge.

The Nurse Practitioner showed serious concern and spoke to two of the doctors on staff to get me help. They came up with a medication that would not damage my kidneys.

If it were not for the staff at this location, I probably would be in the hospital now or worse.

Highly recommend Urgent Care of New Port Richey if you want caring and competent medical care. Thank you to everyone there and for the nurse for making me laugh.

Pleasant receptionist gave me a heads up that it might be 45 minutes to an hour waiting time, but I was seen within 25 to 30 minutes. Clinical staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and informative. I'm very pleased that this Urgent Care Center is included in my Optimum coverage. Appreciated the online registration and check-in. I hate paper forms and didn't have a single one, just sailed through after a medium wait.

I took my son in today and was met with a clean office, a friendly smiling face behind the reception desk and an immediate placement into an exam room. The nurses and doctor were all so kind to my sick little one and made him feel very comfortable. He was diagnosed quickly and in and out with a script. This was the best urgent care visit we have ever had and I am so happy we chose Urgent Care of NPR! Highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in, the receptionist came right over to help me. She was highly knowledgeable about their services and cost. She made sure to tell me about possible added fees (outside labs done by Quest). I felt taken care of immediately. To my delight, it didn't stop there, though! The nurse I saw was kind, and listened intently to my concerns. She also apprised me of the possibly of additional cost and that it was my decision (darn labs!). Lastly, the doctor came in. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly examined me. She seemed to care about my medical needs. I felt very safe and listened to at this urgent care clinic.
All of the staff that I saw were female, which was pretty comforting as a woman. I plan on going back if need be, and I plan on telling everyone who needs quick, thorough care to go here! I was in and out in 45 minutes! You just can't find better than that!

I left feeling satisfied with the efficient treatment I received at the clinic. From the receptionist to the doctor and nurse, everyone was very attentive. The service was excellent, and the diagnosis was very accurate.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely helpful, compassionate, and professional. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, the male nurse kept me laughing and lifted my spirits even when I was feeling really sick, and the PA was incredibly kind and attentive. She truly listened to my concerns and made me feel heard and cared for.

I would give 6 stars if I could. The front desk staff was professional and easy to speak with. Its obvious it is a happy work place. The appointment itself was quick and we felt listened to. There was almost no wait time.

The staff is warm, inviting, wonderful and quick. I was a walk-in visit, greeted with a delightful smile and willingness to address my concerns with urgency. I was on and out in under 30 minutes and the cost of service was light in my wallet. Thank you to each of you.

The experience here was Amazing!!
We walked in were greeted promptly. One woman took my info while the other guy asked my son some questions about how he hurt his wrist. We were in the back and he had his x ray in less than 10 minutes. Doctor came in in the next 10 minutes gave us the results and splinted his wrist. Then we were done. Less than 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable without insurance.
I wish I would have come here when my other son broke his wrist.
Definitely recommend, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I LOVE this urgent care!! Fast, efficient, clean and courteous! I have been here numerous times (and brought my kids) when my Dr. is not available. I sign in and I’m taken straight back. The medical providers are personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend - I would give more stars if I could. 😊

This is one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to. This should be your first choice if you live in Lutz. Even if you don’t live in Lutz, you should still make the drive to come here. They are friendly, fast, and efficient all while ensuring I knew exactly what I needed to do and answered my questions. I was very impressed with the knowledge base of the medical team. It’s exactly what you want for when you’re sick or hurt. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I showed up in hysterical tears with a back issue. I could barely walk. The male nurse helped me into a wheel chair and was extremely calming and reassuring. He took me right into a room. The nurse practitioner came in and she listened to all of my concerns intently. She sent prescriptions to the pharmacy and emailed a letter for my employer to me. The nurse helped me get into my car safely. My husband and I were very pleased that we were in and out so quickly and on the road to recovery. It has been a couple of days now and I'm feeling so much better. The best thing about this place is that I felt very safe, supported and cared for. I will be back for my urgent care needs.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I rarely get sick and my dr’s office is closed today. This was my first time to Urgent Care & Wellness Center. I barely had to wait. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind and Dr Shihab was AMAZING❣️He provided EXCELLENT care. 10 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was seen within minutes of arriving at urgent care, which made a huge difference. Andrew was an outstanding provider, he took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The receptionist was incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming from the start. The nurse was thorough and had an amazing bedside manner, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Overall, a truly positive experience. Highly would recommend everyone to this urgent care!

My regular doctor recommended Urgent care because they couldn’t me and they were right across the street and around the corner from where I live. I very comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment provided.
The doctor and staff were professional and friendly.

Got sick while visiting family in Tampa. Went here and got immediate attention. Dave was amazing diagnosing my illness. Within an hour I was taking my 3 prescriptions and feeling better shortly after. Highly recommend. Thank You!

I was looking for an urgent care since my primary doctor couldn’t see me until the end of the week and I was feeling too horrible to wait that long. I found this place and walked right in. The really nice young lady at the counter ran my insurance and quickly checked me in. The doctor was very attentive while he examined me. He explained to me what I had and prescribed me medication. Happy to say feeling better in just under 24 hours since my visit. Thank you Urgent Care and Wellness Center, you are my go to medical facility from now on.

Very clean and safe environment inside and outside ‼️All staff greeted me with a smile all staff I encountered was professional and respectful it was easy and comfortable for me to explain and to express as to why I came in for services. I truly appreciate the efficiency! I was able to make an appointment and sign forms online and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff is very friendly and professional. I’m new to the area and so glad that they’re here!
